Are you curious about learning how to consistently hold a free balancing handstand?

This two part series running Saturday January 11 & Sunday January 12 130-330PM tailored towards beginners is the perfect place to explore the technique, conditioning & training style required to hold a free balancing handstand.

In this workshop we will focus on the following concepts:

-Wrist, shoulder & core conditioning

-Positional standards for a well aligned handstand

-Using the wall properly to assist you & your alignment

-Getting over the fear of falling

-Jumping into handstand effectively

-Flexibility for handstands

-Creating a routine to help you progress over time

Each day will consist of theory, practical application, and physical training from the world of hand balancing & calisthenics

Who is this series for?

-Beginners looking to build a solid foundation

-People familiar with handstand looking to improve their technique

-Anyone who can’t hold a free balance handstand for 30 seconds

What are the requirements?

There are no requirements asides to the willingness to be challenged

What can I do to prepare ?

If you want to prepare ahead of time for this workshop series, strengthen your wrists & train basic bodyweight movements such as :

-Planks

-Push ups

-Core exercises

-Leg raises

-Downdog

-Jumping
