Are you ready to take your handstand practice to the next level?
Consistency is the most important part of how you improve your handstands and is often the barrier that holds many people back from being able to see improvement
During this 5 day practice intensive we will train hard & grow our practice from wherever we are at. This intensive is suitable for All-levels whether you are new to handstands or already able to hold a clean free balancing handstand I will help you advance your practice towards your goals.
What to expect
-90 minute Small group lead handstand classes offering options suitable to all who attend
-Personal supervision from me to help you towards your goals
-Wall work, partner work, free balancing work
-Strength & conditioning for handstands

What will beginner/novice students learn
-Basic handstand entries
-Getting over the fear of falling
-Basic handstand shapes with good positional standards
-Dynamic shape transitions
-How to move away from the wall
What will intermediate/ advanced students learn
-Advanced entries
-2 arm balance drills to isolate shoulders
-Gaze shifting
-Exploring one arm handstand
-Press handstand
-Hollowback handstand
-Handstand push up
Who can join
Anyone. There are no prerequisites and I will meet you where you are even if you have never done anything like this before. That being said, please be prepared to work hard.
