This 2 hour workshop is designed to introduce the key elements of handstands:
-Wrist, shoulder & core conditioning
-Positional standards for a well aligned handstand
-Using the wall properly to assist you
-Getting over the fear of falling
-Jumping into handstand effectively
-Flexibility for handstands
-Creating a routine to help you progress over time
This workshop is a combination of theory, practical application, and physical training. Although this workshop is tailored towards beginners, all levels are welcome to join.
