This 5 day course is the perfect place to either begin your handstand journey or polish up your skills to build a routine that will keep you constantly progressing.
In this course we will focus on:
-creating the foundational alignment to hold a clean handstand based on positional standards
-building strength for handstands (wrists, shoulders , core & hips)
-building the required flexibility to hold a clean handstand
-basic handstand entries
-basic handstand exits
-wall & partner drills to improve technique
-straight line handstand , tuck handstand and straddle handstand
-different break positions to keep you free balancing
-how to move away from the wall and into the middle of the room
-creating a manageable handstand routine for yourself to see constant progress over time
Who can join?
This course is for anyone of any level , but focused more on beginner or entry level hand balancing
